How to Set up an Appointment

 

As soon as you know what services you will need, as well as a date and time, contact me by email, or message me on my Facebook page,  After we agree on a date and time, I will have you fill out a client questionnaire and agreement form online (found below) prior to service.  For new clients and during ball season, I may require a small deposit ($20) that will become non-refundable 7 days or less prior to your scheduled appointment, and  this amount will be deducted from your total.   You have the option of paying the remaining balance in cash at the time of your appointment, or you may arrange to pay via PayPal prior to your appointment.  I will email you a copy of the information you have provided, confirmation/receipt of any payment or deposits you have paid in advance, balance due at time of appointment, and a map and directions to my home location.

 

***IMPORTANT:  Please note that your appointment is not finalized and secured until you have filled out the client questionnaire and agreement, paid any deposits required beforehand, and received an email with your appointment information.  If you have not met these criteria, I will handle your appointment request as an inquiry, and the appointment slot will remain open.
